Did you ever wonder who invented the fast food chain? You know, that burger joint on the corner? There are literally millions of them now. Should we go back in a time machine and stop this epidemic before it started? Check out your local supermarket. There are Slim Fast products galore. Tons of easy to prepare frozen meals are already designed for you to lose 10 pounds with ease. No matter what your target weight loss, you should get started as soon as possible. The whole New Years resolution thing is played out. It's an excuse to start later. Lose 10 pounds sooner.
